  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
